Twitter has quickly become an essential player in American political media. You will use Twitter often in this course. Please keep the following in mind:
- Account: Your twitter account is an online extension of yourself as an SI student.
- You must use your full name.
- It must be public and not protected (to allow hashtags to work).
- You may wish to create a specific account for SI. You may use the same account for multiple classes at SI.
- A reminder... You are an SI student 24/7 in the world of social media. The Student-Parent Handbook applies to all social media - whether it is for academic or personal use. Demonstrate maturity with your digital footprint.
- Hashtags: Use the appropriate hashtag for all tweets for this class
